Casamio is in active development and currently free to use — there are no paid plans. This policy will be updated as the service evolves, and material changes will be announced.
Data controller
Casamio (contact details to follow once the company is incorporated) is the data controller for the information you register in the service. Questions about your data can always be sent to our contact email.
What we store
Your account: name, email and an encrypted password.
What you register yourself: properties, rooms, items, events, maintenance tasks, contractors, and the documents and photos you upload.
An activity log of changes in your property, so the household can see who did what.
No payment information: Casamio currently has no paid plans, so we neither collect nor store payment details.
How your data is stored
Data is stored in the cloud with established providers. Every property is strictly separated: only household members can access a property's data, and documents are delivered only after a membership check.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies. The app itself uses only functional cookies required to keep you logged in.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and data portability. You can delete your account directly in the app — and you can always contact us to exercise your rights.
